Abstract
We want to find out how to improve SLCC by learning about the experiences of graduating students. This confidential survey is self-administered on a web link every two years by sending an invitation to the personal email address of all student who have completed a certificate or a degree over the previous academic year. Although low response rates are typical in today's survey environment and provide us some information, users should be cautious in interpreting results.
