Utah Tech 1979-1980. This scrapbook documents the history of UTC at Salt Lake during from July 1979 through November 1980. Composed primarily of newspaper clippings, copies of "Tech Topics" (the student newspaper) and other ephemera. Documents President Cowgill's leaving the College in 1980.
