Single sheet, quad-fold menu for The Old Spaghetti Factory is printed on yellow paper in brown font. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the front and back of the menu. The first section has a picture of an old railway car with information about rail-cars to the right of it. The second section gives information on banquets, parties, and take-out. It also gives the hours of operation. The third section is the mailer with an area for an address and postage stamp on the right side. The fourth section has the name of the restaurant on the left side and a history on the right side. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three columns. The first column lists the daily lunch specials and soup of the day. The second column lists the lunch entrees. The third column lists the house specials, soups, salad and sandwiches. Menu items range from garden lasagna, to chicken fettuccine, to meatballs and spaghetti with tomato sauce, to ravioli, and meatball sandwich.
Single sheet gourmet dinner menu for R Spencer Hines is printed on newsprint with black ink. An advertisement clipped from the newspaper has "$8.95 Full Course Gourmet Dinner" printed at the top of the page in a large font. This set price menu features food items ranging from Colorado prime rib au jus, to choice New York steak, to homemade soup, and baked potato with sour cream. The reverse side of the menu is a newspaper clipping featuring an article from the sports section.

A newspaper advertisement, the menu introduces a $8.95 full course gourmet dinner for the week of February 24-March 1. The restaurant name, R. Spencer Hines, is printed at the bottom of the menu in a fancy font. The food options present two different entrees offered on alternate days. The entree special for Monday and Wednesday is prime rib, and the special for Tuesday and Thursday is T-bone steak. Each entree includes soup, tossed salad, two vegetables, baked potato and specialty breads. The back of the menu displays a newspaper clipping featuring an Albertson's advertisement.

When completely closed the name and address of the restaurant is stamped in black ink in the top left corner there is also a spot for postage and an area to print the addressee's information. The first stage of opening the mailer shows the front view on the bottom half and the top half has the hours for lunch and dinner in the bottom right corner. The inside flaps of the mailer have the name of the restaurant on the right side of the top half of the page. To the side of this is some history about the restaurant. There is a flowery border that goes around the history and encircles the name of the restaurant. The bottom flap has a fancy border going across the top of it. There is a photograph of an old trolley car on the left side of the bottom flap. Next to it is information on trolley cars. The unfolded inside of the menu has pictures and quotes from famous people at the top and bottom, left and right sides. Menu items and prices are listed on the rest of the page. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the front view, the first stage of opening and the inside flaps. Menu items range from spaghetti, to lasagna, to oven baked chicken, to Spumoni ice cream and pink lemonade.

Multiple page, single sheet, recipes and advertisement pages torn out of a magazine. The pages are printed in black and red fonts on beige paper. The pages include colored photos of several recipe items. The first page displays recipes for lamb, trout, and lobster. The second page displays an ad on the left side of the page. The middle of the page displays recipes for rib eye and Veau Charle Roi. The right side of the page displays an ad. The left side of the middle of the page displays recipes for medallions de boeuf. The last page displays a large ad. All of the ads are for cookware.

The specials menu is from a newspaper clipping displaying the daily specials which range from braised beef bourguignou over homemade noodles, to chicken pot pie, and baked filet of sole Marrurey. All meals are served with soup or salad, rolls and garden vegetables. R. Spencer Hines is printed in a large fancy font at the bottom of the menu with the hours of operation and the address and phone number printed beneath. The back side of the menu displays the obituary section and florist ads from The Daily Herald newspaper.
