Publication of the Utah Apprenticeship Council, a bulletin titled "How to Sponsor A Registered Apprenticeship Program". Date unknown. Bulletin comes with a letter regarding the intentions for "circulation to employers as an answer to questions that they most frequently ask about apprenticeship". The publication starts with an introduction the remarks of the education for apprentices for Employers. It gives steps of how to develop a plan of standards under which the training program will operate, such as definition, qualifications, recruitment process, statement of term of apprenticeship in years, provision for and length of probationary period, provision for periodic examination of apprentices to determine progress, etc. It gives explanation of how the registration, the agreement between employer and employee works with the council. Then a part of definitions that focus on explaining a briefly overview about the Apprenticeship Committee, the Federal Committee on Apprenticeship, the Federal Bureau of Apprenticeship, the Utah Apprenticeship Council, what is an apprenticeable occupation and a Journeyman, as well, it lists the members of the Council at that time.
