Abstract
A speech given by President Jay L. Nelson at the May 28, 1976 Awards Banquet for Utah Technical College at Salt Lake where Ralph E. Huddlestone was announced as the decal winner. There was a contest to design an automobile rear-window decal boosting Utah Tech, and Huddlestone was the winner.
