The 2019 Climate Survey was administered to SLCC faculty, staff, and students. The following questions were asked: Do you feel welcome at SLCC? Safe on SLCC campuses? That you belong at SLCC? Do you think the overall campus climate is improving, staying the same, or getting worse? Overall, how comfortable are you with the climate at SLCC? How comfortable are you with the climate in your department or office? Do you you know someone (including yourself) who has been a victim of sexual harassment or sexual assault at SLCC? were you a victim of sexual harassment or sexual assault at SLCC? Within the past two years, have you personally experienced any exclusion? Responses can be narrowed by role at SLCC, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, division, and campus.
