1974 Project Houses, Utah Technical College at Salt Lake. This invitation/pamphlet covers the features of each of the 1974 Project Houses including floor plans, and detailed descriptions of the main living areas along with dimensions and square footage by room. Highlighted are Mr Ross E. Dean, Mr. Delmar W. Stevens, and Sandy Ozosky who all had important roles in the building and completion of these houses. Finally, the last page discusses the Bidding process for each project house.
The sign reads: "Our building trades students are building this house; Salt Lake Area Vocational School, 431 South 6th East, Dial 3-4594." Digitization completed with funds from a 2017 USHRAB (Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board) Grant that was awarded to Salt Lake Community College, Library Services.
