The lion's front paws are positioned on top of a crown and a shield. A poem and commentary regarding the comforting hospitality of old English inns is found to the right of the lion. The unfolded inside of the menu continues with the old English theme, written in old English style font. "Bille of Faer at Dinner" is printed at the top. Five graphic crowns are found aligned down the center of the unfolded menu. The menu categories include "bevers and libations" "pottages and salads" "Sweetes" and main courses. A text box contains a "knightly" special offered for "squires and maids." The food options range from Pimm's cup libation, to "chicken and leek soupe" to hearts of romaine salad, to trifle pudding, to "roast'd beefe" to Bristol sherry chicken, to "roast'd duckling" and "English beefe chop." Non alcoholic beverages are offered at the bottom of the menu. The unfolded outside of the menu displays the tent fold view of the menu. The top of this view displays the upright seated lion graphic, and the upside down view of the back side of the folded menu. The back side features a large graphic drawing of the outside of the restaurant on the right side of the page. The left side features a lengthy commentary on the old English theme, the history of the restaurant, its association with Lawry's products, and the locations of other restaurants in the chain.

The menu resembles an old fashioned stock certificate from the Denver Mining Company which is also the name of the restaurant. A fancy boarder surrounds the menu. A drawing of a miner with a pick standing in front of a mine shaft is found under the name of the restaurant. The address and phone number is printed in a smaller font under the drawing. The top one third of the menu is dedicated to the mining company/stock certificate theme. The word Luncheon is found in the center of the page above the menu options. The menu is divided into sections offering choices of eggs "n" omelettes, salads, appetizers, sandwiches and steaks. There are two combo meals offered. The Quick Claim with prime ribs of beef and a salad, and the Denver Lo-cal with prime rib, or chopped sirloin or halibut steak served with cottage cheese and tomato and egg. Other menu options include crab and mushroom omelette to stuffed avocado salad, to abalone steak, and the 49er sandwich. There is a random pen mark found at the center of the menu as well as five price changes scribbled out and reprinted in black ink. One of the changes has been smudged.

Food items range from island mahi mahi, to chicken Tahitian, to ribs Rangoon, to shrimp Malaysia, to Bangalore curry, and warehouse teriyaki. Two combo meals, a la carte items, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks are also offered. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the front cover of the menu to the right of the fold, and a continuation of the seaside warehouse scene to the left. A rectangular shaped blank space is provided for a postal address to be added for mailing purposes.

This menu features an entree menu as well as an a la carte menu and children's selection choices. The entree menu ranges from top sirloin steak, to fillet mignon to shrimp en brochette and lobster. All entree's are served with a choice of salad and bread. Special attention is drawn to four additional entree selections which are framed by fancy boarders. The a la carte menu features baked potato, skillet of mushrooms and stuffed mushrooms. The children selection includes chopped sirloin and prime rib au jus. Combo plates may be ordered if desired. There are seven price changes on the menu that have been marked out and reprinted with black pen.
