This class is called Cardio Fitness, and it is described in the SLCC course catalog as a "workout class that emphasizes the correct concepts of a cardio-respiratory workout, including target heart rate zones and perceived exertion."
Images of students in the SLCC Nursing Program (or other medical education) receiving instruction, practicing techniques, and utilizing related equipment. These photos were taken in March 2008, primarily at the Health Sciences Center at Jordan Campus and in the Healing Arts Lab.
