The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The first section on the left side has "Luncheon" with menu options printed below. - Single sheet breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is printed on beige paper with black ink. The front cover of the menu displays a double border graphic of a wavy line surrounding an ornate border with the letters "HAC" printed within. Beneath is a notice that banquet rooms are available to reserve for private functions. The unfolded inside of the menu has "Academy Room" printed with the tag line "Serving Only Highest Quality Foods." Notice is given that breakfast is served from 7:30 until 10:30 a.m., lunch from noon to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. The lunch menu is enclosed within a text box on the left side of the page printed above the sandwich selections. The dinner menu is found in the center of the page above a notice announcing a celebrated buffet every Thursday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The a la carte menu is found on the right side of the page and includes soups, salads, ice cream, fruit, cheese and beverages. Food options range from fricassee of turkey wing with rice, to monte cristo sandwich, to wiener schnitzel, to shredded carrots and raisin salad, and raspberry ice cream. The back cover of the menu is blank and displays no printed text.
