Description: A VICA competition event in progress. Several participants are gathered in a large indoor space on Redwood Campus. They are each working, individually or in pairs, on a metallic sheet resting on a sawhorse, coating it in a white liquid. Most participants are wearing a disposable respirator mask and eye protection. Digitization completed with funds from a 2017 USHRAB (Utah State Historical Records Advisory Board) Grant that was awarded to Salt Lake Community College, Library Services.
