Single sheet, bi-fold dinner menu for the Publick House. The menu is printed on yellow paper in brown and black font. The front cover of the menu displays a man on horse graphic within an oval shaped graphic. Above the graphic is the year "1771." Below the graphic is the name "Col. Ebenezer Crafts." The middle of the front cover displays the name of the restaurant with the location "on the common, Sturbridge, MASStts" printed at the bottom of the cover. Below this is the name "A Treadway Inn" with the phone number listed below. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into categories with the menu items and prices listed below. The top right hand side has a square box graphic with "Our Chef's Specialty of the Day" as the title. The bottom of the left side has menu items listed that are served with each entree. The back cover of the menu at the top has the logo of the man on a horse. The rest of the page gives a history of the man the restaurant is named after. Menu items range from pan fried mountain brook trout, to roasted whole cornish game hen, to broiled sirloin steak, to fresh fruit, and coffee.
