Single sheet dinner menu for Prevue restaurant is printed on salmon colored paper with black ink. The simple front cover of the menu displays the name of the restaurant printed in a bold font. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections with each section presenting an attached beige insert sheet. The insert sheet on the left side displays a black border graphic with swirling features at the top and bottom. The menu items contained within include a wine menu and a list of designers who created the structure and furnishings of the restaurant. The beige insert on the right side presents the food options available on the menu from categories of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts. Food items range from brie with fruit and French bread, to onion soup gratinee, to tomato salad with fresh basil and onion, to calves liver, and onions, and fresh fruit tart.
