Single sheet, tri-fold menu for Green Mill Restaurant and Bar is printed on green paper with a white overlay where the menu items are listed in green and black font. The front cover of the menu has the logo and name of the restaurant printed at the top of the page. The center of the front cover has a photograph of an individual holding a plate of food. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left side features award-winning wings, appetizers, and burgers. The second section in the middle features pizzas and calzones. The third section on the right side features pasta, steaks, fish, fowl, and soups. In the bottom corner of the first section is a tiny heart shaped graphic with "lighter item" printed next to it. The unfolded outside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left features sandwiches and salads. The second section in the middle features quick lunch specials, pizza by the slice, soup lunch specials and desserts. On the bottom is the restaurant logo. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from Alamo nachos, to the big meaty pizza, to lasagna, to Cajun catfish, to chicken Caesar wrap, to tostada salad, and ancho diablo cake.
