Single sheet, quad-fold, multi-lingual dinner menu for the Pink Pepper Restaurant is printed on cream colored paper in black and hot pink inks. This multi-lingual menu features foods from Thailand and displays menu items printed in English and Thai. The front cover of the menu presents a black background with a graphic of a hot pink chili pepper centered on the page. The restaurant name is printed vertically up the right side of the cover in a white font. The first unfolded section of the menu displays how the menu looks as it is being opened. When unfolded, the inside of the menu displays a very large menu which divides into four sections. The top section is addressed to "Dear Guest", and presents information regarding traditional Thai dining styles, the formula for ordering the meal, and a cautionary note about hot and spicy food tolerance. The following three sections display food categories of appetizers, salads, soups, a la carte specialties and curry items. Foods range from kanom jeeb, to chicken won ton soup, and green curry and vegetable. The unfolded outside of the menu displays three sections with menu categories including wok fried foods, seafood, rice and noodles, veggie lovers, desserts and beverages. Food items range from spicy egg plant, to Thai fried rice, to sweet and sour vegetables and Thai iced coffee. Desserts are available upon request. The bottom section of the unfolded back side of the menu shows a view of the back cover. The last stage of the menu shows a view of the back and front covers.
