Single sheet, bi-fold dinner menu for La Quinta Hotel is printed on beige paper in brown font. The front cover of the menu has a tree graphic at the top of the page. Below this is the name of the hotel with the year it was founded. The rest of the page is a note on the cuisine from the executive chef. The unfolded inside of the menu is separated into two sections. The first section on the left side is divided into appetizers, soups, salads, and entrees for children. There is some handwritten note in blue pen under the salad category. The second section on the right has menu items listed for entrees. The back cover of the menu has "La Quinta traditions" printed with menu items listed by the day of the week below. Menu items range from pate of duck, to Napa Valley salad, to broiled breast of chicken, to baked halibut, and veal piccata.
