Single sheet lunch menu for the Cottonwood Cafe at the Signal Mountain Lodge is printed on blue paper with black ink. The front cover of the menu displays a graphic of a mountain peak with "Signal Mountain" printed above and Lodge printed beneath. The name of the cafe is centered on the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side displays menu categories for soups, chili, salads, and sandwiches. The section on the right side continues with "fiesta time" burgers, beverages, espresso bar, on the side dishes, and desserts. Menu options range from Greek garden salad, to Maui chicken sandwich, to nachos supreme, to mushroom Swissburger, to jalapeno cornbread and triple chocolate cheesecake. The back cover of the menu displays the breakfast menu with food options ranging from wild blueberry pancakes, to hotcakes, to sourdough French toast, and Teton omelet. A history of the Signal Mountain Lodge from the 1920's until the present is presented as well as information about two gift stores found at the lodge.
