Single sheet dinner menu for the Escondido Country Club is printed on cream colored paper with brown and orange inks. The front cover of the menu displays a shield shaped logo graphic with the name of the club printed above. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side contains the a la carte choices, entrees, desserts and beverages. Options range from fresh spinach salad, to chicken Cantonese with rice pilaff, to sauteed calf's liver with onions, to deep fried prawns with cocktail sauce, to au gratin potatoes, and ice cream or sherbet. The section on the right side displays a large wine list. The back cover of the menu has information pertaining to the design and printing of the menu.
