Booklet style dinner menu for Eight Immortal Flavors printed on cream colored paper in black and red font. The front cover of the menu has Chinese symbols on the left side of the page. The center of the page has a yin and yang graphic with the different flavors that delight the palate. The name of the restaurant is printed above the graphic. The unfolded inside pages of the menu display the Chinese and English for each category with the menu items and prices listed below. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the back cover and the front cover. The back cover displays "Kan's Peking Duck Dinner" which requires 24 hour advance notice. There are three inserts that describe the executive chef of the restaurant. Menu items range from sea weed soup, to ginger beef, to cashew chicken, to curried crab, to fried rice, and Chinese cookies.
