The middle of the page displays three graphic stars, the restaurant name and logo, and two small graphics below the restaurant name. The middle of the page reads, "fresh seafood restaurant." The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. Both sections are surrounded by a graphic border with a small graphic of a ship anchor at the top, center of each page. The first section on the left displays hors d'oeuvres, soups, salads, desserts, and beverages. the second section on the right displays entrees, "International Favorites" and "Gourmet Delights." The bottom of the page provides information about special requests for entrees. The back cover of the menu is he wine list. It displays sparkling wines, white wines, red wines, rose and blush wines, and house selections. Menu items range from scallops, to oysters, to clams, to frog legs, to fish, and caramel custard.
