Bi-fold, hotel, dinner menu for the Doner Haute Categorie avec Les Grands Vins. Menu is printed on green and beige paper in green font. The front cover of the menu is printed on olive green paper in bright green font. There is a light green rope tassel on the left side of the cover. The unfolded inside of the menu part one is divided into two sections. The first section on the left is blank olive green paper. The second section on the right displays beige paper on top of olive green paper. The green text at the top of the page features the name of the hotel. Below this is the date of the event, July 18, 1969. The middle of the page lists the name of the group presenting the event, the name of the event, and the year. The bottom of the page The bottom of the page lists the name of the event hosts and the chef. The unfolded inside of the menu part two displays blank beige paper on top of olive green paper on both sides. The unfolded inside of the menu part three displays beige paper on top of olive green paper on both sides. There is a light green rope tassel in the center of the page. The left side of the page is titled "Dinner Rules." Below this are three paragraphs separated by small green graphics. the paragraphs describe the rules and etiquette expected my guests attending the event. The right side of the page is titled, "Le Diner." Below this is the dinner menu. It lists each food item to be served in French with the wine to accompany each course. The unfolded inside of the menu part four displays blank beige paper on top of olive green paper on both sides. The unfolded inside of the menu part five is divided into two sections. The first section on the left displays beige paper on top of olive green paper. The bottom of the page lists the city and state where the event is held. The second section on the right is blank olive green paper. The unfolded outside cover of the menu. the back cover is on the left. It is blank olive green paper. The second section on the right is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from artichokes, to veal, to lamb, to duck, and coffee.
