Single sheet, bi-fold dinner menu printed on beige paper in brown font. The front cover of the menu has a welcoming paragraph about the dining experience with appetizers, soups and salads printed below with prices to the right of each menu item. The unfolded inside of the menu is separated into two sections. The first section on the left side is divided into "from the sea" Cajun style dishes, famous veal entrees, poultry specials, and "from our broiler." The second section on the right side is divided into combinations and house specialties. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the back cover of the menu and the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from shrimp scampi, to blackened halibut, to chicken cordon bleu, to lamb chops, to quail and scallops, and beef champignon.
