The third section of the unfolded inside has salads, desserts and beverages printed on the left-hand side. The right-hand side has country club logo at the top of the page with "chef's selection" printed below it. There are two black S shaped graphics on the left and right top corners. Menu items and prices are printed at the bottom of the page. The back cover has the title "flaming gourmet dinners" at the top of the page. Below this it states that it is for two. There are two black swirly graphics on the left side and right side corner of the menu. The price is per person. Menu options include sandwiches, appetizers, entrees, desserts and beverages. Menu items range from grilled ham and cheese, to New York steak, to crab legs voltaire, to pie a la mode, and hot chocolate.
