Booklet style dinner menu for Doubles at the Tennis Club is printed on white paper with navy blue ink. The front cover of the menu is presented in a booklet format with the covers and interior pages bound together by a white cord and tassel. The restaurant name is centered on the cover in two font styles. The first stage of the open menu displays the blank back of the cover on the left side and the first page of the menu on the right. A welcoming message about the restaurant is found on the page. The second stage of the open menu displays categories of appetizers, salads and entrees from the sea. The third stage of the open menu displays categories of entrees from the broiler, deep fried entrees, and entrees from the land. The fourth stage of the opened menu displays categories of special entrees for the gourmet, a children's menu, desserts and after dinner libations. Food choices range from fried calimari, to haddock oriental, to catfish, to lobster thermidore, to chicken oscar, and fresh peach melba with ice cream. The fifth stage of the open menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left shows the last page of the menu which displays the days and hours of operation as well as information on two other dining establishments. The right side of the page shows the blank back side of the back cover. The back cover of the menu shows a graphic of four open match boxes which display the names of four other restaurants in the Palm Springs area.
