This view shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left is entitled, "Breakfast." Below this is a brown line that runs through the first and second section of the page. There is a gray graphic in the upper left corner of the page. The menu lists fruits, cereals, buffets, omelettes, specialties, side orders, and beverages. The second section in the middle left is entitled, "Lunch." Below this is a brown line that runs through the first and second section of the page. There is a gray graphic in the upper left corner of the page of a rose. The menu lists appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, entrees,and desserts. The third section on the right displays a medium sized graphic in the middle of the page. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section on the left displays medium sized graphics of flowers and a narrative paragraph about the history of La Salle. The second section in the middle is the wine list. The top of the page is titled, "Wines" and sits above a thin, brown line. Below this is a list of red, white, and blush wines. The third section on the right is the front cover of the menu. The back cover of the menu is the wine list that is the middle section of the unfolded back side of the menu. Menu items range from omelettes, to French toast, to catfish, to gumbo, to seafood pasta, to chicken, to ice cream, and Cabernet.
