Single sheet, lunch and dinner menu for Bob Burns Restaurant is printed on red and white papers with black and red ink. The front cover is printed on red paper with the name of the restaurant printed at the top. Three picture graphics of the inside of the restaurant are found on the cover as well as the hours for lunch and dinner. The white unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left presents the luncheon menu. Food category headings are printed in red and include soups, appetizers, sandwiches, salads, entrees, dietetic specialties, eggs and omelettes, beverages and desserts. Menu options range from clam chowder, to roast beef sandwich, to crab louie salad, to fried jumbo shrimp, to lean roast beef, to Spanish omelette, and cheese cake. The section on the right features the dinner menu. Food categories include appetizers, soups, entrees, broiler options, sea foods, beverages and desserts. Menu options range from crab cocktail, to French onion au gratin soup, to grenadine of beef tenderloin, to royal steak-o-bob, and broiled Australian lobster tails. Beverages include alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. The back side of the menu displays a large map graphic giving directions to the restaurant.
