Multiple page, booklet style menu for Camino Real Puerto Vallarta, part of Western International Hotels. The front and back covers have photographic images of the ocean floor with seashells. The remainder of the menu is printed in grey and black fonts on white, some pages stained. Menu selections include appetizers, soups and creams, fresh from our bay, "in season" suggestions from our chef, from our grill, salads and cheeses, desserts and delicacies, coffees, and Mexican specialties. The menu is written in both Spanish and English. Menu items range from quiche lorraine, fresh summer soup, oysters Rockefeller, medallions of beef a la dijonnaise, bananas blambe au rum to pastries. Under each menu item is a description of the dish in both languages.
