The first unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The left section is blank. The right section has a strand of beads graphic at the top, middle, and bottom of the page. "Drinks" is printed at the top of the menu. There is a handwritten change to the menu in blue pen at the bottom of the page. The second unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section on the left side lists appetizers, the section on the right lists entrees, desserts, and coffee options. The third unfolded section gives the patron a brief history of Mardi Gras and definitions for local terms such as creole, Cajun, and gumbo.
