Booklet style dinner menu for Palm Valley Country Club is printed on gray and cream colored papers in a green font. The front cover of the menu displays the embossed logo graphic of Palm Valley Country Club printed on gray paper. The first stage of the open menu shows how the menu appears when opened and displays two booklet pages. The left side of the page shows the back side of the embossed logo graphic from the cover. The right side shows a view of the logo graphic and a welcoming greeting to patrons. The second stage of the opened menu displays a colorful graphic along the bottom of the page which resembles ocean waves. This graphic is repeated on all the inside pages. The left side of the page displays no printed text, and the right side of the page presents the appetizers and soup selections. The third stage of the open menu features fish, shellfish, and salad selections. The right side displays the entree selections. The fourth stage of the open menu displays hamburgers and sandwich choices on the left side of the page. The right side shows no printed text. The unfolded outside of the menu shows a view of the back and front covers. Menu items range from nachos rancheros, to scallops provencale, to chicken Hawaiian salad, to rainbow pasta, to Palm Valley steak burger and California croissant.
