Single sheet, double sided dinner menu printed on light blue paper with black ink. The front cover of the menu displays the name Cafe' Gerard at the top with "dinner menu" printed beneath. The menu is divided into two sections, appetizers and entrees. Appetizer items range from seared foie gras, to crab cakes, and house salad. Entree items range from seared ahi tuna, to steak pomme frites, to roast rack of lamb, and cranberry pork tenderloin. The back side of the menu is devoted to desserts. Dessert items include creme brule, chocolate mousse duo, death by chocolate and fresh berries.
