Single sheet, tri-fold menu for Atlantis is printed on beige paper in blue font. The front cover of the menu has a green background with the name of the restaurant is printed at the top of the page with a wave graphic printed below. The inside flaps shows first section of the unfolded inside and the first section of the unfolded outside of the menu. The unfolded inside of the menu has a blue wave graphic that goes across all three sections. The first section on the left has a circular graphic of a stylized profile of a Greek man (Neptune or Poseidon) with the tips of a trident and two blue dolphin above the wave graphic. The second section in the middle has the restaurant name at the top of the page with menu items and prices listed below. The third section on the right has the same circular blue graphic. The unfolded outside of the menu is divided into three sections. The first section is blank. The middle section has the question of "Atlantis: history or legend?" The third section is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from grilled abalone, to fresh fruit salad, to mahi-mahi, to crepes, and chocolate sundae.
