Booklet style menu for Cafe Promenade. The outside of the menu is printed on dark brown leather type paper in black font. The inside of the menu is printed on beige paper in brown font. The front cover of the menu has a man holding food items graphic in the center of the page with the name of the restaurant printed at the bottom. The unfolded inside of the menu part one is separated into two sections. The left-side section is blank. The right-side section is a table of contents for the menu. The second stage of the unfolded inside of the menu has a continental breakfast menu on the left and a luncheon menu on the right. The third stage of the unfolded inside of the menu part three has menu items are listed by the day of the week on the left side, the right side has a cheese, bread, and meat graphic at the top of the page. Below this is the title "cold luncheon entrees." The fourth stage of the unfolded inside of the menu is divided into cheese board, dessert cart, and other desserts listed on the left side, the right side has an appetizer graphic at the top of the page. Below this is the title "supper." The fifth stage of the unfolded inside of the menu has a pasta dish graphic at the top of the left-side with a continuation of the supper menu. The right-side has a salad dish graphic at the top of the page. The remainder of the unfolded inside of the menu lists red and white wines as well as beers, ales, champagnes, sparkling wines, miscellaneous cocktails, whiskies, and aperitifs. The unfolded outside of the menu shows the back cover of the menu on the left side while the right side shows the front cover. Menu items range from fresh fruits, to soup du jour, to London broil, to chicken salad on pineapple or tomato, to French pastries, to zabaglione, to half dozen escargots, to spaghetti, to file mignon, to frog legs, to pinot noir, to macon blanc, to moet-chandon imperial, to dom perignon, to guinnes stout, to bourbon, and campari.
