Single sheet, bi-fold, cruise line, specials, dinner menu for the Matson Lines Fiesta Night Dinner. The menu is printed on creme paper in orange and black fonts. The front cover of the menu is a large, colorful watercolor painting that covers the entire page. The bottom corner of the page is the title "Southern California" above the artist's signature. The inside of the menu displays the name of the cruise line and the dinner event at the top of the page in large, elegant orange font. Below this is the date of the event, Wednesday, May 25, 1966, and the name of the ship, S.S. Lurline. Menu items are lists below this. Menu items include appetizers, soups, fish, entrees, roasts, vegetables, salads, desserts, cheeses, and beverages. The back cover of the menu is blank at the top of the page and displays a paragraph at the bottom. The paragraph describes Southern California itself and the painting on the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from pork, to lamb, to roast, to cheesecake, to coffee, and fish.
