Single sheet, bi-fold, cruise line, dinner menu for Matson Lines Captain's Dinner. The menu is printed on ivory paper in black font. The front cover of the menu is covered in a large, colorful, water color painting. The graphics displays kolas in a tree. There is no text on the cover of the menu. The inside of the menu displays the name of the cruise line and restaurant at the top of the page. The title, "Captain's Dinner" is printed in large, elegant, gold font. Graphic lines surround these titles. The menu features appetizers, soups, fish, entrees, vegetables, salads, desserts, cheeses, and beverages. The menu lists the name of the ship and the date of the dinner, S.S. Lubline Tuesday, May 24, 1966. The back cover of the menu displays a short paragraph at the bottom of the page with an explanation of the cover artwork and information about Australia. There are no graphics on the back cover. Menu items range from caviar, to turtle soup, to frog legs, to ham, to lasagna, to veal, and petits fours.
