Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Provo Lodge Dinner Menu
Single sheet dinner menu for the Provo Lodge of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is printed on beige graphic paper with brown and purple inks. The front and back covers of the menu display a graphic scene of a large herd of elk in a mountain valley in the winter time. A purple logo graphic of the B.P.O.E. is found at the bottom of the cover with "Provo 849" printed along side. The unfolded inside of the menu displays two sections. The section on the left is entitled "dinners" with information about dinner selections printed below. Menu categories include beef steaks, prime rib and roast beef. The section on the right shows categories of seafood, combinations and specialties, a la carte from the grill, appetizers and side orders, desserts and beverages. Food options range from elk steak, to king cut prime rib, to shrimp scampi, to breaded veal, to French dip sandwich, and pecan pie. The back cover of the menu displays the graphic scene of an elk herd with no printed text.
