Mancy's Steaks Dinner Menu
Single sheet, tri-fold, Dinner menu for Mancy's Steaks. Menu is printed on black and white paper in brown, white, and black fonts. The front cover of the menu displays a small graphic at the top of the page above the phrase, "A family tradition for over 77 years." Below this is a large graphic logo. the middle of the page displays the name of the restaurant, the year is was established, and a quote from Esquire Magazine. The inside flap of the menu displays the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu and the first section of the unfolded back side of the menu. This view shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. Each section displays an old black and white photo from the early years of the restaurant with a small caption below each photo. The first section on the left displays appetizers, soups, and salads. The bottom of the section displays a small graphic that is also next to several menu items. This mark indicates which menu items are " Specialities of the House." The second section in the middle displays fine and classic steaks. the third section on the right displays seafood and various meat dishes. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. the first section on the left displays an old black and white photo from the early years of the restaurant with a small caption below the photo. Below this are specialty coffees, ice cream drinks, and desserts. the second section in the middle displays restaurant information at the top of the section including directions, hours, and reservation information. The middle of the section displays a map of the restaurant. the bottom of the page displays the restaurant address and the name and address of their new restaurant. The third section on the right displays the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from filet mignon, to pork chops, to chicken, to veal, to lobster, to shrimp, to Greek salad, and escargot.
