Special Event Dinner Menu for Los Abrigados. Menu is printed in black and maroon fonts on white and peach colored papers. The first page of the menu is a letter stapled to the special event menu. The front page is typed in black font on peach paper with maroon font on the top and bottom of the letterhead. The restaurant name and logo are in the top left corner of the menu. Below this is the restaurant address and phone number. Below this letterhead is a letter dated July 28, 1989. The letter is addressed to "Kurt Gottschalk." The letter explains details of the dinner event to be held August 30, 1989. The letter also provides information regarding reservations, pricing, and limited seating. The letter is signed by the executive assistant manager, Edd Zielinski. The bottom of the page lists the contact information for the resort sales office. The letter is a bit smaller than the attached menu. From the first page view the bottom of the menu is partly visible at the bottom. The second page is the attached menu stapled behind the front page letter. The menu is printed on white paper in maroon font. The menu is bordered in a decorative graphic line border, surrounding the menu items. The top of the page features a graphic of a rose and a small portrait of a woman. The top of the page is entitled, "Guenoc Winery." Below this is the title of the menu, "Winemaker's Dinner 'A Taste of the Southwest'." Menu items are listed below this in the order that they will be served. On the left side of the list is a wine to be served with each menu item or course. On the right is a list of the food menu items to be served. The bottom of the page lists the date, location, and price of the event next to the names of the winemaker and executive chef. The bottom of the page also lists the name of the restaurant in the lower left corner. Menu items include wines, appetizers, dessert, and entrees. Menu items range from duck, to salmon, to chocolate ravioli, and chardonnay.
