Single sheet, tri-fold, lunch, dinner, and take out menu for Little Saigon Kitchen. Menu is printed on white paper in maroon and black fonts. The front cover of the menu displays the name of the restaurant at the top of the page in large font above the phrase, "Vietnamese Cuisine." The center of the page displays a large maroon graphic surrounded by a thin, black line box. The bottom of the page displays information about eating in, take out, natural food, restaurant hours, phone number, and address. The inside flap of the menu shows how the menu looks as it is being opened. It displays the first section of the unfolded inside of the menu and the first section on the unfolded back side of the menu. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into three sections. Each section is outlined with a thin, black line border. The title of each category of items is printed in maroon font. Menu items are printed in black font. Each menu item is numbered for the convenience of ordering. The first section on the left displays appetizers, soups, and rice noodles. The second section in the middle displays a continued list of rice noodles, fried rice, beef dishes, and chicken dishes. The third section on the right displays a continued list of chicken dishes, shrimp dishes, and vegetarian delights. The unfolded back side of the menu is divided into three sections. The first two sections are outlined with a thin, black line border. The title of each category of items is printed in maroon font. Menu items are printed in black font. Each menu item is numbered for the convenience of ordering. The first section on the left displays a black line text box that features House Specialties. Below this is the beverages list. The second section in the middle displays the lunch menu, titled, "Lunch Special." The top of the section lists the hours lunch is served. Entree menu items are listed below this. The bottom of the section lists soups, information about hot and spicy items, and nutrition information. The third section on the right displays the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from chicken, to curry, to tofu, to noodles, to rice, to spring rolls, and shrimp salad.
