Single sheet, bi-fold, French dinner menu for Le Richemond Geneve is printed on cream and gray paper with black and brown ink. The unfolded front and back cover sheet of the menu features a gold graphic print with the name of the restaurant and logo situated at the center of the cover. Once opened, the menu displays a removable sheet of gray card stock that is secured in place by a tab on each side of the menu. The food categories printed on this removable gray sheet include hors d'oeuvres, seafood, soup, entrees, grilled foods, roasts, vegetables and desserts. Food choices range from caviar malossol, to vichyssoise, to sole grillee, to coles d' agneau, to epinards, and Crepe Suzette. A square section of the gray card stock paper has been cut out of the center of the menu to reveal additional dinner choices printed on the back side of the cover sheet. The date of October 8, 1973 is also printed on the cut out section of the menu.
