Dinner menu for Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. The cover of the menu is printed on tan card stock paper in orange font. The menu is printed on cream colored paper in black and orange font. The front cover of the menu has a large orange graphic. The first stage of the unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The first section is blank. The second section on the bottom has a chef hat, flowers, and chicken graphic at the top with "La Toque Blanche" printed below. Menu items are printed on the remainder of the page. The second stage of the unfolded inside is divided into two sections. The first section of the second stage has an orange flower graphic at the top with menu items printed below it. The second section of the second stage is a continuation of menu items. The back cover of the menu has an orange flower graphic towards the bottom left corner. Menu items range from cold almond soup, to baked Australian lobster tail, and Swiss apricot pie.
