Single sheet dinner menu for La Caille restaurant is printed on white paper with black ink. The front cover of the menu displays the name La Caille printed in a fancy cursive font and centered on the page. The unfolded inside of the menu displays the dinner selections featuring salads, entrees and desserts. Menu selections range from wilted spinach salad, to ahi tuna, to scampi, to jambe d agneau, and flaming baked Alaska. The back cover of the menu features a brief history as well as other relevant information about the restaurant.
