Single sheet, bi-fold, multi-lingual, dinner menu for L'Escoffier. The menu is printed on beige paper in blue and gold fonts. The front cover of the menu displays a thick beige border around a large, tan, rectangle in the center of the page. There are beige graphics in all four corners of the cover. The name of the restaurant is printed in large, elegant, blue font across the middle of the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is surrounded by a thick teal border around the beige paper in blue and gold fonts. The middle of the page displays a black and gold rope. The inside of the menu is divided into two sections. Both sections are surrounded by a elegant gold, line border with line graphics at the top and bottom of the page. The first section on the left displays hors d'oeuvres, soups, seafood, meat dishes, and entrees. The second section on the right displays soups, salads, vegetables, fromages, desserts, and beverages. The back cover of the menu is blank. There is a black and gold rope tassel on the right side of the page. Menu items range from shrimp, to lobster, to chicken, to steak, to veal, to prime rib, to green salads, to potatoes, to ice cream, to pie, and coffee.
