Single sheet dinner menu for the Islander Restaurant at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is printed on colored graphic paper with black ink. The front cover features a photographic beach scene with tall palm trees. "The Islander" is printed in an orange and yellow font at the bottom of the cover. The unfolded inside of the menu features two divided sections displayed in colors of aqua and white. Graphics of jungle foliage as well as two other small graphics are found on the page. The section on the left side of the page has "Famous tropical drinks from rum producing islands" printed at the top with a list of the islands and a description of the rums from each. Other alcoholic beverages and tropical drinks are listed. The section on the right side of the page features food categories of appetizers, soups, entrees, and desserts. Food items range from egg rolls, to egg flower soup, to chicken with almonds, to shrimp with lobster sauce, and coconut ice cream. The back cover of the menu displays the identical beach scene as found on the front cover. The name of the hotel, "Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Hollywood, California" is printed on a black field at the bottom of the page.
