Single sheet, quad-fold, multi-lingual lunch and dinner menu for Ollie's Noodle Shop and Grill is printed on white paper with green and red ink. The simple cover of the menu displays just the name of the restaurant. The multi-lingual, a la carte menu features Chinese food with Chinese and American descriptions. The first stage of the open menu contains light cuisine options, appetizers, main course options, seafood, casseroles and alcoholic drinks. Menu items range from steamed lobster with chow fun noodles, to shredded chicken with spicy sesame sauce, to pan fried jumbo shrimp, to pan fried squid, and stewed seafood in casserole. The second stage of the open menu features menu categories of hot appetizers, cold appetizers, salads, dumplings, big buns, Cantonese B.B.Q., soups, and noodles. The unfolded inside of the menu features choices from categories of chicken, beef, pork, sizzling platters, grilled fish, steamed seafood, braised seafood, and vegetable dishes. Food choices range from chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce, to beef in black bean sauce, to minced pork with cellophane noodles, to steamed buffalo carp, and Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce.
