Single sheet, tri-fold menu for two of the eating venues at the Hotel Vancouver. The menu is printed on cream colored paper in green font. The top of the front cover has a green graphic logo. The bottom of the cover has the name of the hotel. Timber Club is an upscale fine dining establishment. This section of the menu is in French and English. The menu is divided into three sections. The first section is appetizers, soups, and salads. The middle section is fish and seafoods, and from the rotisserie. The third section is a list of the four restaurants located in the hotel. Menu items range from fresh jumbo shrimp, to Caesar salad, and rack of lamb. The Roof is a restaurant and lounge located on the top of the hotel. This is the back side of the menu. Menu items are more of what one can find inside a bar. The menu is divided into three sections. The first section is the snack menu and dessert menu. The second section is the "to begin with" and "as a main course." On the bottom of the middle section is a note that in addition to the menu items listed the chef also offers a weekly changing menu. The third section is the front cover of the menu. Menu items range from omelette, to Max's fresh fruit sherbets, to fresh mussels, and fresh pennini pasta.
