Single sheet, general menu for two of the eating venues of the Hotel Vancouver is printed on cream paper with gray ink. The front cover of the menu displays a faint graphic marbling effect produced in light beige colors. A small graphic griffin is centered at the top of the page with "Introducing Our Restaurants" printed beneath. The first stage of the open menu presents a view of how the menu appears when it is opened. The unfolded inside of the menu displays the multi-lingual menu for the Timber Club food venue. The page is divided into three sections. The section on the left displays the menu selections printed in both French and English in categories including cold appetizers, soups, hot appetizers, and salads. The center section continues with fish and seafood, and from the rotisserie. Food options range from oyster bisque, to sweetbread crepes with lobster sauce, and grilled veal loin. The third section of the inside presents a directory of the eating venues of the hotel comprising The Spanish Grill, The Timber Club, the Roof, and the Lobby Lounge. The unfolded back side of the menu presents the menu from The Roof food venue which is printed at the top of the page. Menu categories include the snack menu, and the dessert menu. The center section continues with "to begin with" and "as a main course." Food options range from lox and cream cheese on a bagel, to three color chocolate mousse, to chilled mulligatawny soup, and escalope of coho salmon. The third section of the page is a view of the front cover of the menu.
