Single sheet, bi-fold, multi-lingual, hotel, dinner menu for Hernando Courtright's Beverly Wilshire Hotel. Menu is printed on creme paper in green and red fonts. The front cover of the menu displays the restaurant's name and logo in red and gold in the center of the page. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. Each section is surrounded by a thin, red line border. The first section on the left displays menu categories in red, elegant font and menu items in green standard font. The page displays hors d'oeuvres, salads, soups, seafood, meat dishes, vegetables, desserts, and beverages. The second section on the right displays a small, red logo of the restaurant in the top, center of the page above entree specials. The bottom of the page displays a green text box surrounded by a red line border that contains chef recommendations. Below this the page contains information about wines, private party rooms, and other restaurant locations. Menu items range from lobster, to steak, to lamb, to ribs, to fish, to cheesecake, to onion soup, and shrimp.
