Single sheet, set lunch menu for the American Culinary Federation National Convention printed on yellow ochre paper in black ink. The cover of the menu displays a graphic drawing of the San Francisco bridge centered on the page with "Golden Gate Luncheon" and the date of Wednesday, August 3, 1994 printed above. The location of the luncheon is given as the San Francisco Hilton and Towers which is printed at the bottom of the menu. The left side of the unfolded inside of the menu displays the logo of the American Culinary Federation. The right side displays the set menu featuring minted English cucumber and Asian pear salad, braised lamb shanks and vegetables, warm black mission fig clafoutis and vanilla bean creme anglais. The back cover of the menu displays a graphic logo of the New Zealand Beef and Lamb group with a notation below stating their sponsorship of the 1994 American Culinary Federation National Convention.
