Multiple page dinner menu for the Forum of the Twelve Caesars printed on white paper in black font. The front cover of the menu has the name of the restaurant circling around a Greek man head graphic. The first page of the menu has the title "dinner" at the top of the page with an introductory paragraph below it. Below that is the title "prologue" with menu items and prices listed below. The second page of the menu has the title "pleasures of the imperial table" with menu items and prices listed below. The third page of the menu lists menu items and prices on the entire page. The fourth page of the menu has the title "epilogue" printed at the top of the page with menu items and prices listed below. Menu items range from artichoke with Strasbourg livers, to crab meat stuffed baby flounder, to leg of baby lamb, to fresh fruit basket, and strawberry ambrosia.
