Single sheet dinner menu for the Russia / Europe Cruise of the Royal Viking Star is printed on white paper with multi-colored inks. The front cover of the menu displays a large colorful graphic of buildings beside a body of water with three rowboats lined up on a rocky shore. The unfolded inside of the menu is divided into two sections. The section of the left side has "Dinner" printed at the top of the page with the cruise line name, the date and destination of the cruise below. A list of "Chef's Suggestion" menu items is found below, followed by three selections from the wine cellar. The section on the right side contains menu items from various categories which range from hot cheese balls, to quenelles of Norwegian salmon, to timbalae of risotto parmesan, to braised red cabbage, and roast petaluma capon. Desserts, fruits, cheeses and beverages round out the food selections. The back cover of the menu displays the name of the cruise line, Royal Viking Line.
